Consideration on Improving Tennis Teaching Quality in Universities and Colleges

Based on the documentary analysis and the expert interview, with the combination of principles of tennis teaching and the teaching practices, this study conducted a profound and extensive analysis of certain existing problems in relation to the tennis court, the quality of faculty, textbook, lesson situation, during the tennis teaching at present in colleges and universities. Several measures were proposed in this paper, such as increasing the numbers of tennis courts, improving the competence of teachers, researching and publishing the tennis textbook suitable for colleges students, carrying out tennis activities after school, strengthening the scientific research of tennis teaching, thereby providing scientific references for improving tennis teaching quality in universities and colleges.
