Well-being can be seen as an important comprehensive psychological standard of measuring individual quality of living.Adopted "index forms of well-being" and self-created questionnaires, this study conduced an investigation among 187 high school students in Beijing and 153 students in Chongqing, and then use spss 8.0 to count and analyze the statistics. The results of this study can be concluded as follows:1)The general level of well-being of these students is rather high.2)Concerning the three dimensions, namely well-being,P.E. factors and non-P.E.factors,the levels of high school students in Beijing are quite higher than those of the students in Chongqing.Concerning P.E.factors, the level of boys is much high than that of girls. And concerning well-being and non-P.E.factors,the differences between boys and girls are not obvious.3)The non-P.E.factors,including family, school, health, economy, interpersonal relation, etc.,are closely interrelated with well-being.Meanwhile,the PE factors, including P.E.,family P.E.exercises,sports,P.E.life in school, etc.,are highly interrelated with well-being as well.
