Experimental Research on the Effects of Exercises on College Students' Mood States and Emotions

By using POMS,120 subjects who have high scores in test are selected to take part in 3-month exercises.The results show: 1) regular planning and organizing exercises improve effectively college students' mood states;2) the different sports influence the different factors of mood states;3) there are gender differences in the course of experiment.The related organizations should reform the sport clubs in colleges or universities to meet the needs of students.
