Exploration on Mental Quality Education for Normal University Students' Participation as the Subject Role

The mental quality education for normal university students participation as the subject role bases upon the philosophical views about the activities, the theory of mental activities in Psychology, the educational thoughts of subject education and participation education. This pattern emphasizes that the students should participate actively in the whole process of the mental quality education as the subject role, focus the ideas of subjectivity, personality, freedom, activity and development. Its practical strategies include that constructing the safely mental situation for the students, soul communicating with student to student with the different opinions, giving the students the free time and wide space, guiding the students to be their own master on the growth, advocating the students self education in metal qualities, coordinating all activities, etc. This educational pattern of mental quality has important values and significance in the aspects of the teacher education, individual development, education and instruction.
