Development of protecting coatings for anodic process of aluminum alloy

REN Wan-li (Medical School, Baoji Vocational and Technological College, Baoji 721006,Shaanxi,China)  
SBS modified acrylic resin was prapared by craft copolymeration, and protecting coatings for anodic process of aluminum alloy was prapared. The influences of the amount of SBS, different monomers, in to the performances of acrylic resin was discussed. Analysis by IR spectrum has shown that SBS is successfully reacted with acrylic resin. As a result, impact strength of acrylic resin is increase to 50 kg·cm from 30 kg·cm, anti-abrasion is increase by 20%, and strain strength is increased by 800%.
