Extraction method and anti-oxidation property of flavones from Lonicera Japonica Thunb's floral axises

Aim The optimum extraction conditions and anti-oxidation property of flavones from Lonicera japonica Thunb's floral axises are studied.Method The optimum extraction conditions was determined by the orthogonal experiment and supersonic of extraction,the anti-oxidation property to lard oil using storage in baking oven,the results of scavenging O-2 and ·OH are datermined by the system method of H2O2/Fe2+ and AP-TEMED.Results The optimum extraction conditions were 20 ℃,6 h,75% ethanol and the solid-liquid ratio 1∶30;the total flavones has obviously anti-oxidation property to lard oil and the scavenging ratio to ·OH was 50.22%,and to O-2 was 17.28%.Conclusion The effect of extraction was obvious under supersonic,the yield was 2.34%,but the time was only 50 min; the flavones from Lonicera Japonica Thunb's floral axises have certain anti-oxidation property to lard oil and obviously scavenging effects for O-2 and ·OH.
