Right consciousness is not only represented by the rational exploration conducted by people into the fight phenomenon,but also includes people's recognition of the significance,scope and realizing means regarding the social standardization of right.According to basic composition of fight consciousness,it is classified into fight recognition,right emotion,right appraising,right will and fight faith.Right behavior is certainly guided and promoted by right standardization,which becomes the behavior of social subjects through fight of consciousness. The formation and internalization of rights consciousness serves as the fundamental driving force for law govern- ance in the modern society.
