Innovation of the Analysis Tools Used in the Studies of Human Capital——Origin and Meanings of System Analysis

SONG Xiao-mei (Renmin University of China, Beijing 100872,China)  
Based on economic increase and human capital theory, this paper explores the limitations and origins of the studies on human capital in our country.The meanings of making system analysis to our country’s human capital are also put forward.
