The Organizational Commitment Research and Its Enlightening on the Management Practice of Chinese Enterprises

Organizational commitment has been a focus of research in organizational behavior and human resource management.It emphasizes particularly on the research of the attitude and behavior that the members in organization have developed along with their devotion to their organization.This paper reviews the research results of the organizational commitment and analyzes the factors that affect organizational commitment.Based on this,it probes especially into the enlightening of the research on management practice of Chinese enterprises.
