On the Risk Allocation Model for Public Projects Based on Fuzzy Logic

A proper risk allocation among contracting parties is of vital importance for public projects.A series of risk allocation criteria are presented in this paper based on the existing research results.A risk allocation model is established by utilizing the abroad risk allocation method based on fuzzy logic.This model transforms the subjective,vague process of risk allocation into a more systematic and rational quantitative-based analysis process.It will benefit the realization of the proper risk allocation for public projects,especially has strategic importance to the project-specific risks allocation and the controversial risks allocation.
