MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF PAVEMENT ON GFRP BRIDGE DECK

ZHU Kun-ning,WAN Shui(School of Transportation,Southeast University,Nanjing 210096,China)  
Pavement on GFRP bridge deck is an important part in vehicle system.The distribution of stress in the pavement is analysed with FEM software.The controlling load position is found and the stress in the pavement is computed under the load position.The distribution of the stress and strain in the asphalt concrete surfacing is studied.Based on analysis results,the design indexes of the No.6 flyover bridge of Daguang Highway are proposed.
