Overview of Large-capacity Power Electronic Application System and Key Issues

ZHAO Zheng-ming, ZOU Gao-yu(a. Department of Electrical Engineering; b. State Key Laboratory of Power System, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)  
It summarizes several hot issues in domestic power electronic application system with large-capacity such as electric energysaving, new energy power generation, power traction and smart grid. The key techniques and urgent issues are also analyzed.
