Study on the Determination of Trace Amount of Antimony in Enamel Vessel by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

A hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) method is used for the determination of stibium in enamel vessel. Stibium was pre-reduced by L-cysteine.The optimum conditions for the determination were tested and discussed.The detection limits of Sb is 0.235μg/L, the recoveries of the method are 89.0%-104.2%,and RSD 0.8% respectively. This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.
