A study of Electroless Ni-P-Si Composite Coating Nanowith Particles and its Mechanical Properties

This paper discusses the basic principle of electroless deposition and the basic technolgy of Ni-P-Si electroless deposition.The influence of the pH value and the temperature of plating solution on the Ni-P-Si coatings are analyzed.The effect of temperature of heat treatment on the properties of plating coating.and the micromorphology of coating are described as well.
