Antiwear Properties of Nanoparticles and Application study of Nanoparticles as Additives in the wear-repairing agent

Cu-DDP and LaF3-DDP of good dispersity in lubricating oil were sythetized via chemical modification. The antiwear, Triction-reducing and load-bearing properties of Cu-DDP and LaF3-DDP as lubricating additives were carefully examined. This paper also studied the antiwear and lubrication mechnism of nanoparticles. The resutts showed that the nanoparticles were better lubricants than commercial additive ZDDP under high load.
