The Study on the Stability Factors of Electroless Nickel Plating

Based on the mechanism of acidic electroless nickel reaction using hypophosphite as reducing reagent.The influence of temperature,pH value,buffer,complex reagent,stabilizer,nickel sulphate etc.on the stability and the methods to deal with it was studied.
