Effects of Current Density on Thickness and Hardness of Microarc Oxide Film

The effect of current density on growth and property of microarc oxide film ceramic film is very strong.Thickness,hardness and profective performance of oxide film are different with diffrent current density,operating voltage.In this paper the effect of current density on thinkness and hardness of microarc oxide ceramic film is studied.
