MCrAlY+Al_2O_3 Cermet Coatings Obtaintd by Detonation Gun Spraying

In order to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of the super-alloy,the MCrAlY+Al2O3 was deposited on K403 by detonation gun spraying.The effect of different protecting gas on the microstructure and hardness of the coatings was studied.The microstructure and property of the coatings were studied by the means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and accelerometer;The bonding strength and the oxidation resistance at high temperature were also studied.The results show that the MCrAlY coatings with the N2 protecting gas has higher density,less porosity and good hardness.The bonding strength is 95Mpa,and the MCrAlY coatings has good oxidation resistance at high temperature.
