Challenges and Counter Measurements Faced by Chinese Middle and Small Banks After China Entering Into WTO

China entering into WTO brings opportunities and challenges to small and middle banks. How to seize opportunities and meet challenges is important for small and middle banks to survive and develop. Necessary counter measurements are listed here: to create suitable external environments with the purpose of strengthening capacity of small and middle banks; to reorganize new system with the purpose of enhancing vigor and vitality of small and middle banks; to use divergent strategy on management with the purpose of promoting competition of small and middle banks.
