Salicylic Acid of three concentrations (1 3. 5mmol) was sprayed to Peanut seedly with three to four leaver. Disease situation was investigated during disease widespread period in adult plant. Results showed that in different treatment , the index of Leaf Spot disease(Cerospora arachidcola ) dropped 42.4 % 30. 0% and 36.3 % in comparition with contrast. According to the fact, the Salicylic Acid hasbetter induced resistant effect to Peanut. Besides, electrophoresis analysis was made on ester enzyme, cytochrom peroxidase enzyme and SDS proteins, their atlas showed some changes to some degree. If there is a connect on the molecular changes and improvement of resistance to disease is still unsertain.
