Effect of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Active Oxygen Metabolism of Peach Fruit during Storage

Han Tao Li Liping (Beijing Agricultural College,Beijing 102206)  
Harvested peach( Prunus persica L.)fruits cv.Okuba were immersed in 0.0g·L -1 、0.3g·L -1 salicylic acid(SA)solution for 15 minutes,then was put at 23~25℃ or (10±1)℃.During storage,the production rate of superoxide anion(O  2 ) in the SA treated fruits increased at both of the temperatures and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) decreased at room temperature or imcreased at low temperature,respectively.The contents of hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)and activities of catalase(CAT)in SA treated fruits increased to a great extent at the 2nd day and went down subsequently. The activities of peroxidase(POD) of SA fruits were inhibited at early 3~4 days and there was no peak,but then it tended to higher than that of the control slightly.
