Effect of Astragulus Polysacharin on the Production of Nitric Oxide in Microvascular Endothelial Cells of Rat Intestine Mucous Membrane

In order to konw the effect of Astragulus Polysacharin on the production of nitric oxide in Rat gut s microvascular endothelial cells,We were measurated by using the reduction of nitrate.The results shaved that Comparing Astragulus Polysacharin group(900 μg/mL)with control group,At 1 h、3 h the difference is highlymarked(P0.01)and at 6h the difference is marked(P0.05);comparing Astragulus Polysacharin group(450 μg/mL)with control group,At 1 h、6 h the difference is marked(P0.05)and at 3 h the difference is inconspicuousness(P0.05).In a word,Astragulus Polysacharin increase the producti-on of nitric oxide.
