Application of Microsatellite DNA on Analyzing the Homology of Related Species in Juglans L.

In order to find a suitable way for the polymorphism of J.regia L.,the genomic DNA variation of 26 accessions in related species of Juglans L.was analyzed by 30 pairs of primer which was isolated in Juglans nigra by Woeste~(\) et al.Among these primers,72.78% locus gave successful amplification in the related species which PCR-amplification present in the expected size range.17 SSR primers were selected based on the validity and polymorphism,and were analyzed for 12 related species.The numbers of alleles,the validity and PIC(polymorphism information content) had obviously declined than in J.nigra L..Although they have relatively high polymorphic levels for analyzling the genetic diversity in related species,fingerprinting and relationship in other Juglans species.
