Efficient Method for Microorganism Genomic DNA Extraction from High Altitudes Soil Samples

A double enzymes and phenol-chloroform extraction was introduced,for efficient microorganism genomic DNA extraction from high altitudes soil.To remove effectively humid acid,soil samples were pre-washed by polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) buffer,DNA-extracting buffer,bacteriolysin and proteinase K were used to lysis cells,getting amounts of DNA segments.The phenol-chloroform method is used to eliminate protein and other impurities.This method is simple and efficient,suitable for microorganism genomic DNA extraction from high altitudes.
