Effect of Drought on Mitochendria and Chloroplast Membranes Total Fatty Acids in Hawthorn

The composition of fatty acids in Mitochondria and chloroplast membranesdid not change but the contents of fatty acids changed when hawthorns were subjectedto drought,the contents of palmitic acid and stearic acid decreased,but linolenic acidincreased in mitochondria membrane lipid on drought.The content of palmitic aciddecreased in chloroplast membrane,oleic acid increased when hawthorus were on severedrought,linolenic acid changed a little.The total satured fatty acid decreased,unsatured fatty acid increased both in mitochondria membrane lipid and chloroplastmembrane lipid, the index of unsatured fatty acid(IUFA)got higher when hawthornswere on drought.
