Analysis and Comparison of The Theoretical Calculation Velocity of Flying Plate with The Result of Experiment in Explosive Welding

DUAN Weidong,XIONG Zuzhao,MA Jianjun,ZHONG Dongwang (College of Science, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430081, China)  
Several therotical formulaes in common use that calculate the flyer plate velocity drived by explosive were discussed. The data that calaculated by the fomulaes were compared with the data obtained from the experiment of double reflector. The result show that the data calculated by Gurney's formula and Aepnoac's formula were more approximate to the experimental data.
