Blasting for Treating a Dangereous Rock in Complicated Surroundings

WANG Qing-ping(The Three-gorge Project Command of Armed Police Hyuropower Team, Yichang 443133,China)  
A rock alongside the steep cliff which is a danger to near villages and high-voltage line will be cleared,a contolled blasting was successfully implemented in multiple protection measures.The technological program and protection measures are introduced.The experiences can be referred by similar engineering.
