Application Research on Explosive Bulging in Expansion between Tube and Tube Plate of Heat Exchanger

Assuming the heat exchange tubes were thin cylinder,through theoretical analysis,the amount of explosive needed in explosive bulging between tube and tube plate of heat exchanger was calculated.Then selecting the detonating cord as an experimental charge,the technique of explosive bulging between tube and tube plate of heat exchanger was studied experimentally.The results show that without taking any other measures,only depended on the blast action of explosive,it was difficulty to connect the heat exchange tube and tube plate firmly,in spite of exploding repeatedly.But through grooved in the inner wall of tube plate,the heat exchange tube and tube plate could be connected closely by twice explosive bulging.
