Explosive Demolition of High Entity Pillars of Reinforced Concrete Bridge

The hierarchical delay blasting is proposed in explosive demolition of the RC high entity pillar.Differing from conventional towering hollow structure as chimney,the dimension of blast cut and incision forming means must paied special attention to in such entity structure.According to the calculation principle of large eccentric compression,the depth and length of blast cut are chosen depending on cross-section bearing capacity;Through rational hierarchical number and delay time between different rows,and with selecting appropriate charging structure,the concrete lying in the incision is be threw out layer by layer and form an integrated carter which could ensure the pier's directional blasting.This method and thought not only be used in reinforced concrete pillars,but also used in other entity towering structures.
