Studies of PMS-PNN-PT Piezoelectric Thick Film Ceramic Material

A new modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric thick film ceramic material(thicknesses from 50 to 80μm) added with Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3,Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3,CaCO3,Bi2O3was prepared by screen printing method.The modified material has high piezeoelectric activities,large piezoelectric anisotropy as well as low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.The phase structure of powders and thick film materials are analyzed.The influences of sintering temperature on density ρ,piezoelectric constant d33,electromechanical coupling coefficient Kt, relative dielectric constant εr and dielectric loss tgδ are studied.The resultes show that the powders calcined at 850℃ form pyrochlore phase.With the increase of the sintering temperature,ρ,d33,Kt and εr are increased at first and deceased later,but tgδ is opposite.At last, the piezoelectric thick film material with ρ=4.0g/cm3,d33=63.5pC/N,Kt=0.52,εr=143,tgδ=0.009 is obtained.
