Study on CuO Doping Effects of Potassium Niobate-Based Lead-Free Piezoelectric Ceramics

The 0.94(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.03LiSbO3-0.03LiNbO3(abbreviated as NKNLS-3) ceramics was synthesized by solid-state reaction method.In order to get the best constitute of the material, the influences of CuO content on the phase structure,microstructure,dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated in detail.With the increase of CuO content,d33 firstly decreased and then increased,εr decreased all the time,Qm kept increasing.When the CuO content was 0.3mol%,the ceramics showed best electrical properties.The ceramics with d33=106pC/N,tgδ=0.054,εr=340,kp=0.29,Qm=85 was obtained.
