The Novel Control Method of Variable Frequency Constant Pressure Water Supply System

Because the difficulty of self-tuning PID parameter and less timing-force-switching multi-pumps in current constant pressure water supply system,a novel system based on OPLC is proposed.The control algorithm of switching water pumps is optimized, PID parameter self-tuning,multi-pumps cycling automatically and switching pumps by force in an assigned time are implemented.The results indicate that the system has perfect function and reliable performance.
