Effects of CPPQ on Ca~(2＋)─activated K~＋Channels of mouse T─lymphocytes

Ca2＋-activated K+ channels of mouse T - lymphocytes were recorded using patchclamp technology. It was found that CPPQ (200 ug/mL) might enhance the open-probability andopen-time of channels,and reduce the colse-time of them. Single CPPQ could not activate the channel.This resuh indicates that CPPQ may raise free Ca2+level in activated T-lymphocytes and is very important for us to understand the mechanism of cnhancing immunity of CPPQ.
