Changes of LPO,SOD,and plateletalpha-granule membrane protein140 in acute myocardial ischema and the significance

Objective:To investigate the changes of lipid peroxide (LPO) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and platelet alpha- granule membrane protein1 40 (GMP- 1 40 ) in patients of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and unstable angina pectoris (UA) and the significance.Methods:Thirty cases of AMI group,30 cases of UA group and30 normals were observed.The concentrations of LPO,SOD,GMP- 1 40 were dertermined respectively.Results:The cioncentrations of peripheral venous blood LPO,SOD and GMP- 1 40 in AMIgroup and UA group were significantly elevated compared with those of normal subjects.AMI groupUA groupcontrol.The levels of LPO were correlated with SOD in AMIgroup and UA group; LPO was also correlated wtih GMP- 1 40 in both groups.There were no correlations between SOD and GMP- 1 40 in both groups.Conclusion:The imbalance of oxygen free radical and the enhanced platelet function in coronary atherosclerosis are interactive in the pathogenesis of acute myocardial ischemia. 〔
