Study of the mechanism of the action of AntifatigueⅠ against hypoxia in rats

Objective:To approach the mechanism of Antifatigue Ⅰ against hypoxia in rats.Methods:Through duplicating the mode of hypoxia in rats,we observed the influence of Antifatigue Ⅰ on the changes of Hb,blood gas and some relative factors.Results:Compared with the control group,the content of Hb increased,but the levels of Bp,PaO2,SaO2 and BLAC decreased signifcantly in treatment group.The PH of blood was relatively stable.Conclusion:The mechanism of the action of Antifatigue Ⅰ against hypoxia may include that Antifatigue Ⅰ could lessen lacticemia,stabilize the structure and function of erythrocyte,increase the reproduction of Hb in blood,improve the CaO2max and CaO2,and enhance abilities of blood bringing O2 and offering O2 to the tissues .Then,the abililty of selfregulation of homeostasis could be improved.
