UITRAFILTRATION OF SOYSAUCE

In this paper, a method of getting high quality soysauce is presented. Polysulfonate(PS)and polyethylene chloride (PVC)and cellulose acetate(CA)and hollowfiber(PS)membrane were employed for ultrafiltration of soysauce. Experimental results indicate that the ultrafiltration method is proved to be an effective way for getting high quality soysauce.
