RESEARCH OF MICROPOROUS STARCH PREPARED BY COMPOSITE ENZYME

Studied technology conditions of the micro-porous starch production prepared by composite enzyme. Discussed main factors such as temperature, time, pH value and quantity of composite enzyme and obtained the optimal technology parameters by analysis.
