TIAN Zheng-bing,ZHANG Li,MENG Chun-ling(College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation,Beijing Technology and Business University,Beijing 100037,China)  
With the XIALI front-wheel disc-brake for research object,a coupling model including brake shaft and brake shoe was built up.Mode parameters of the brake in the condition of braking were gained by carrying on the mode analysis to the model.And discussed the predigestion of the FEM(finite element method) model and link manners of the brake's joint faces.The results provided the research of the disc-brake's dynamic capability and damping and noise reduction with theoretic gist.
