ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF HUMAN CAPITAL: EDUCATION EXPANSION AND POPULATION INCREASE

Zhang Xiaoxue Zhou Ya Li Keqiang (Systems Science Department, School of Management, Beijing Normal University, 100875, Beijing, China)  
As an index of the calculation of human capital, Labor's schooling years are used to analyse the contributions of the quality and quantity of labor to human capital. Then the factors that influence human capital are discussed. These factors contain education enrollment, population, etc.. Also, a positive research of China from 1995 to 2005 is carried on and the effects of education expansion and population increase on human capital are investigated.
