RESEARCH ON OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AND STRESSORS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL PE TEACHERS

Analysis of returned questionnaires from 239 physical education teachers in middle schools in Northeastern China shows that middle school physical education teachers are subject to significant or great professional pressure.Differences were found among regions,teaching ages,duties and classification of school types.The main occupational stressors are from work,career need and parents.
