Establishment of numerical control processing cutting parameter model and optimization algorithm

Choosing the numerical control processing cutting parameters is an important problem to solve in modern technuque of manufacture,for it relates to the system productivity,the cost of production as well as the product quality in processing.The establishment of the cutting parameter optimization model made it effective to choose cutting parameters reasonably because the optimization algorithm was used to get the optimal solution of cutting parameters.On the basis of machining experiment of the difficultly-processed Invar alloy,the optimization design method was utilized to establish the machining mathematical model.It provided a scientific method for the reasonable choice of cutting quantity,avoiding either looking up the manual or choosing the cutting quantity experientially.
