The Relationship between Achievement Motivation and General Self-efficacy of Students in Senior Middle School

This article aims at exploring the relationship between achievement motivation and general self-efficacy of Senior Students.The subjects are 253 senior students.The final results indicate that(1) There was no significant gender difference in the motivation between sex and grade(P0.05);(2)There was no significant gender difference in the general self-efficacy between sex and grade(P0.05).The implication of the study is that general self-efficacy correlates with achievement motivation closely.
