Objective:To probe into the relationship between serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and chemokines and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:57 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus hospitalized from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly chosen as the observation group and other 59 healthy normal pregnant women were chosen as the control group, with high sensitivity C-reactive protein, chemokines, fasting insulin levels and blood glucose levels compared between the two groups. Results:The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein, chemokines, fasting insulin and blood sugar in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05);the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and chemokines in the observation group were positively correlated with insulin resistance indices(P0.05).Conclusion:The increased levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein, chemokines are related to the insulin resistance.
