The Investigation of Hidden Mastitis in Cow in Chongqing

146 lactating dairy cattle in Chongqing had been detected by CMT method to determine the incidence of hidden mastitis, pathogen were also isolated from the milk and identified, then pharmacosen-sitive test was carried out. it was found that positive incidence of hidden mastitis was 79. 62%, udder region positive incidence 56. 31%, pathogen positive incidence 75% . The positive incidence of S. aureus and Salmonella were 50%, 25% respectively. The pathogen were more sensitive to uncommon antibiotics, but the therapy of antibiotics, which were common used, was not very good.
