A Study of Real Estate Investment Risk and Tactics

ZHANG Yu-xiang, LI Ying-chao, CHOU Xiao-yu  
Real estate investment has some distinguishing features: heavy investment and long recovery etc., so interest and risk co-exist investment in property. Real estate investment is a risk investment in China especially. The paper discusses real estate investment risk and its regularity in China. and puts forward some proposals to avoiding risks.
