A Comprehensive Appraising Model Evaluating Staff Loyalty

Quantitative evaluation of the staff loyalty is a complex question. On the basic of quantitative analysis and target comparison, considering the interaction of all factors and the effect of integral combination, this article is to make scientific evaluation and appreciation of the staff loyalty, with an appraising model through evaluating several degrees and selection of weighted factors.
