Review on Employee JOB Satisfaction

With the entrance to the WTO and the economic globalization speed-up, especially the rapid multinational corporations' development, competitions are becoming more and more fierce among enterprises. In this special historic period, talent becomes the key element deciding whether an enterprise can get into the market and be successful. At the same time, "human-centered management" is becoming an essantial idea in enterprises. How to enhance employees' JOB satisfaction to achieve human-centered management is an urgent issue to be solved indeed.
