The Principle of Distributing According to Contribution By Production Elements in Primary Socialist Stage

Twenty-year-reform practices has proved that proper income-distribution system can liberate the productive forces,arouse the laborers initiative and creativity,and provide a good environment for the further reform and development.The report on the 16th conference of the Communist Party elaborates the importance of deepening the distribution system reform and put forwards the principle that the production elements such as capital,technology,management and etc.should be distributed according to contribution.This not only conforms to the reality of socialist elementary stage,but also accords with Marxist distribution theory and the principle of production and distribution theory in modern economics.
