On Performance Management System

At present,performance management becomes the important means to organize manpower resources management.It helps enterprises keep and improve productivity.It proves effective in fufilling tasks and business strategy.However,most enterprises focus performance management on the result,and only regard it as the basis of other personnel decision without consciously transmiting organizational objective with performance management system.Neither can they make staff ability development plans according to the result of performance appraisal mainly expounds how to structure performance management system effectively,in order to realize its core objective and the organizational objective.
