A Commentary on the Study of Customer Value in Western Countries

It is an essential aspect of competition for an enterprise to produce a higher value than the others.In the other word,customer value is a common ground for all the theories about enterprise competition.So it is necessary to analyze the customer value.This paper gives a discussion on the concept,connotation,characteristic,unity and measurement of Customer Value.Therefore it will be a good reference for entrepreneur to produce more customer value.
